Changes to the Racing Rules explained   YNSW has created a two page document to assist you with identifying and understanding the changes that come into force with the new blue book.   This summary briefly explains both the new & amended definitions and rules which on the whole have been refined to add clarity.   It is recommended that you familiarise yourselves with these new rules to better inform you when on the race course and keep you out of the protest room.
