NSW Sports Awards Finalists

The inaugural NSW Sports Awards ceremony was conducted in 1994. The awards have since grown to be the most prestigious event each year acknowledging the sensational achievements of the NSW sports industry.

The aim of the awards is to recognise, reward and promote the outstanding achievements of the NSW athletes, sports administrators, coaches, officials and volunteers at a gala dinner event.

This year Yachting NSW sent in numerous applications for the awards. Four sailors have been selected as finalists. Congratulations and goodluck to:
    NSW Athlete of the Year: Tom Slingsby
    NSW Junior Athlete of the Year: Gabrielle King
    NSW Masters Athlete of the Year: Brett Beyer
    NSW Team of the Year: Nathan Wilmot and Malcolm Page
