 NSW Youth Championships to be held at Belmont in September Belmont 16ft Sailing Club is the place to be from 29 September to 1st October this year as they host the hotly contested Yachting NSW 2012 Youth Championships. Following on from the action-packed Youth Championships on Lake Illawarra last year, the 2012 regatta will be bigger and better, with fleets from all the popular classes.
Open to Techno 293s, Laser 4.7s, Laser Radials, 420s, 29ers, Flying Ants, Flying 11s, Manly Juniors, Sabots, Optimists, and Hobie 16s, other classes are welcome if they have a minimum of ten entries. Entries close on 14th September. Competitors are encouraged to enter early to make the planning easier, and it can all be done online. Make sure you also follow us on Twitter and on Facebook where you can load up your own photos throughout the regatta!
The poster for the regatta is available now for you to download and display at your club so you can help get the message out.
Sail against your friends, sail against the crews from the other states, and then get back to the beach to enjoy the festivities.
